This years theme is ‘It’s Time for a Laugh’. The aim of the night is to celebrate the past year and another year of life, enjoy each others company, and to help as many people as possible perform at their best. To make sure we can fit as many different performers onto the stage in time available, group performances (duos, trios, quartets and combos of all sorts) will have preference.
Performers, get your act ready now. Every performance should have at least one funny song – Satires, parodies, songs with jokes or jokes presented in the form of song or verse … whatever you think will make people laugh, it is all welcome. ‘Ho, ho, hold on… ’, as Santa might say – ‘we want everyone to enjoy it. Make sure the humour is not offensive’
So start practising and get in touch to let us know what you propose.
